9.3.10 Update Removes Top Menu from website

I’ve been using the Xstore theme for my Woocommerce site for 8 years now, without running updates as they tended to cause more inconsistencies than I could manage to fix myself.
However now with my business growing exponentially, I’d like to start using the new features that Xstore has rolled out.
When I update to the latest version 9.3.10, my entire top menu seems to disappear.
Could you please have a look and let me know what I can do to get my menu back

What version was used before the update?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello, HypnomistressMia,

It appears that a very outdated version of the theme was in use. Currently, we have deactivated the CMB2 plugin and activated the header builder in the theme options.
Now you need to configure the header via Theme Options > Header Builder.
