A category and its sub-categories load very slowly

For me, the products seem to only load particularly slowly in one category. This category only has about 15 variable products with some product variants.
I’ve been looking for hours now and urgently need a solution. Have I changed something in the settings of the theme?
I am happy to provide access to the site if required.
