Hi there,

I have two questions and three issues I am having with my site. Its a lot I know! Thank you in advance! 🙂

Question 1: Do you think your theme will work with any Learning Management Systems?

Question 2: In the theme preview the top header menu has a wide menu that expands (is it called mega menu?). This menu has lists of links and each list has a heading. Can you please tell me how to create the headings?

Issues to Help Fix Please:

1. Product Attributes not showing on individual product pages.
2. Tabs on individual product pages are not opening. FAQ tabs are not opening.
3. My Account and Registration pages do not show. I have gone into Woocommerce settings and and ticked the box that says ‘Allow customers to create an account on the My Account page’.

Hello,

1) We did not test our theme with that system, so don’t have information about this.
2) Are you talking about this menu http://prntscr.com/u14s9q
We used the Custom link item http://prntscr.com/u14veg
Follow the documentation to create mega menu https://8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Menu_Set_Up/Mega_Menu

3) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to check the issues you have.

Thank you. I understand how to get the link for my product categories. Do you know how do I get a link for product attributes for example? I want to create menus to search by format for example. Thank you 🙂

You can try links with the following type

You forget about FTP access to your site. Please, provide us with FTP.
Also, Jetpack plugin gives js error http://prntscr.com/u28xwf Ask WP support to fix this.

P.S. I was able to update theme to latest version via Dashboard.
Don’t enable this option http://prntscr.com/u29cjb because it causes JS errors and tabs, FAQ do not work.

Hi Olga,

My site is hosted on WordPress.com. FTP access is only available on WordPress.org. Is there something else that needs doing or is everything fixed now?

We don’t need FTP anymore because I was able to update theme via Dashboard.
Everything fixed. I told you that

Don’t enable this option http://prntscr.com/u29cjb because it causes JS errors and tabs, FAQ do not work.

So, check the site.
