A issue with our checkout page and Placeholders

    Good day,

    We’re encountering an issue with our checkout page. Placeholder data from an admin account is being displayed instead of the correct user information. We’re looking to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

    Additionally, there seem to be bugs with the registration and login processes. Several customers have reported being unable to make purchases during the period when this issue arose.

    We’re hoping you can assist us in troubleshooting this problem. Thank you for your prompt attention.

    We can’t log in using the credentials you provided.

    Upon initial review, it appears that your queries may not be directly related to the XStore theme. We suggest activating another theme, specifically the Storefront (default WooCommerce theme), which can be found under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard. This test should help determine if the issues persist irrespective of the theme used.

    Should the problems continue independently of the theme, we recommend contacting the WooCommerce plugin support team directly for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Good day,

    so far the problem hasn’t reappeared.
    I’ll still check in with our customers but I think, changing the theme has resolved the issue.
