    Dear Members,

We recently attempted to install and utilize the User Registration Pro plugin from WPEverest for user registration on our website. However, upon activation of the plugin, we encountered an error message stating “There has been a critical error on this website.”

We reached out to the plugin developers for assistance, and they informed us that there is a conflict between the User Registration Pro plugin and the Xstore core plugin.

We kindly request your guidance and assistance in resolving this issue. We would appreciate any recommendations or instructions you can provide to help us overcome this compatibility problem.

I am attaching a screenshot for your reference:

    Hello, Nirasulanka,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Waiting for your reply.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
