About Eshop’s mobile performance. Is to low.

Hi, I am looking for some advice regarding the speed of the eShop, particularly on mobile devices. I ran a website speed test and found that the performance score was too low. I use the WordPress Rocket plugin, and before that, the W3 Total Cache plugin, in addition to the theme’s speed optimization option in the control panel. I am not sure if it is better to disable the theme’s speed optimization and use only W3 Total Cache or WP Rocket.
Please tell me your thoughts about that.
