Hi,
We wanted to make our own custom footer using Static blocks and widgets features. Upon looking at your documentation, we knew that we are supposed to use Visual Composer in the static blocks. But the option for VC is not available in our website. Would you please look into it and suggest possible solutions?
Regards
Susan

Hello,
Go to WP Dashboard > Visual Composer > Role Manager > select “Custom” for “Post types” option and tick needed post types http://prntscr.com/ctqj4f

Thanks Jack,
It works fine now and I have now created my own footer.
Another query that I faced recently is that, when I used “Post Mansory Grid” option from Visual Composer to show the latest posts on the homepage, I get a greyish background. I cannot seem to overwrite that with css code on the custom.css. When I checked Grid Builder under Visual Composer setting, I could see the HTML code for split second but it disappears as soon as the page is fully loaded. Could you please let us know about this problem and solution for it if possible. Below is the screenshot of the background on the news section.

Hi Jack, sorry to bother you again. But I wanted to know the way to put a single line in between two columns? like in the image please.
Your help would be appreciated.
Hello,
The background color is set in “post” grid in Grid Builder:

Remove it there.
As I see you’ve already added the line.

Jack Richardson.
Thank you very much Jack. Everything is now sorted. Thanks for your help.
