    Hi there,
    hope you are doing well.
    in my website i can not able edit shop page . there is a problem in home page and shop page as well i added a categories name as ”clothes and Homeware and i will add more” but new categories are added in all other categories section like all categories, all department and product categories.
    finally how can i able to add order tracking (delivery information) section and active language and currency cunvert section.

    please help me with those issue and if you find any other issue please assist me.

    To modify the layout of your shop page using Elementor, please navigate to **XStore Builders > Product Archive Builder > Edit Template with Elementor**. From there, you can customize the layout according to your preferences and save the changes.

    2/ For your convenience, please follow these steps https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ to add the order tracking functionality: navigate to the ‘Edit Page’, then insert a ‘Shortcode’ element, and within that element, input the following shortcode: [woocommerce_order_tracking]

    3/ 1/ In case you need to translate the site from English to german, the Loco translate plugin can be used to translate the theme and Core plugin. Please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    2/ But in case you want to have a multilanguage site, you need to use WPML – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/ and WPML support will help you.
    Please note, if WPML is installed but not configured correctly, the translation functionality may not perform optimally. It is essential to either properly configure WPML, if you choose to use it, or to disable the plugin entirely if it is not needed.

    3/ Our language switcher & currency switcher are just a demo choices not a real switcher.

    Unfortunately, multi-currency functionality is not available in WooCommerce or the theme by default.

    In order to display multiple currencies on your website, we recommend using the WooCommerce Currency Switcher plugin. Our theme is fully compatible with this plugin and you can configure it on your site according to your needs. The plugin documentation will provide you with the necessary instructions to display and use multiple currencies for your products.

    i check it before you suggest me but problem is i was added two category one is compurets and laptops and another is clothes and homeware. but clothes and homeware is not comming on all categories list.

    i was add few product but no products are not coming that section

    Hi there,

    Today I installed a new plugin on my website that name is ”featured image with URL.”

    But the problem is when I use the image link, those images are coming, but the image size is not the same shape. But when I upload photos from my computer to my website, at that time those photos shapes are coming in the same size.
    or Please suggest other plugins for using image URLs.

    1/ The issue you are experiencing may be related to how the plugin handles external image URLs compared to uploaded images. Some plugins do not automatically resize or crop external images to match the predefined dimensions of your theme. Featured Image with URL plugin is a third-party plugin.

    We recommend checking the plugin settings to see if there is an option to adjust image sizes. We also recommend contacting the plugin author/support team for further assistance.
