Hi, I just bought Blanco theme 3 days ago, it’s a greate theme, but I’m having issue when importing data from Woo Commerce xml files that come along with the theme. It showed up errors like “Failed to import wpsc_product_category Jackets” and “Failed to import “Fashionable Demo Jacket ”: Invalid post type wpsc-product”. So I wonder if you can help me to solve this issue, so that I can import data from xml files, as well as install Wishlist plugin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards.

Hello,
Please ask your hosting provider to increase values for upload_max_filesize and post_max_size functions. After that try to import the file again.
Thank you.

Hi, thank you so much for the support, I’ve contacted my host provider and asked them to increase apache upload_max_filesize and post_max_size, seems like the articles from xml files had been imported, but still, for some reasons something failed to import. Can you help me solve this? By the way, seems like I cannot install plugin Wishlist from WooCommerce from the theme, can you also check this for me, too? Thank you.
I’ve installed Wishlist plugin for you. Check it please.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
