About payment page pop-up not working as it suppose

Hello,

We are using this plugin and it is supposed to be working as a pop-up https://github.com/biligunb/qplugin as shown in this. But the problem is, the page is moving into checkout-2/order-pay page which we can not edit where it is and also, if the customer does not pay the payment, the basket is becoming empty in this case. Please help us to make this process easier and suitable for use.
