Hi! I’m working on my website, but suddenly the account page keeps displaying the same content. For example, when I go to my account page, I see both forms (login and register), and when I click on the “Lost your password?” link, it still shows the login and register forms. After refreshing the browser and deactivating and reactivating plugins, I can see the password recovery form, but when I go back to the account page, I don’t see the login and register forms—I still see the password recovery form. I even clicked on the account page while logged in as an administrator and still see the login and register forms. What could be happening? Could you help me?

    Hello, @Ray,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the test.

We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving your query promptly.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
