    Hello, Sahil,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

Please temporarily disable CDN, clear cache, and check how it works.

We suggest activating another theme, specifically the Storefront (default WooCommerce theme), which can be installed under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard. This test should help determine if the issues persist irrespective of the theme used.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear @Sahil,

We recommend testing with the default theme to determine if the issue originates from the WooCommerce plugin itself, indicating that it is not related to our theme. Should the issue persist with the default theme, we advise you to contact the WooCommerce support team for further assistance. Alternatively, if the issue does not occur with the default theme, we are more than willing to investigate further on our end.

As of now, we have not yet received the screenshots of the issue occurring with the default Storefront theme. Temporarily switching to the default theme for a few minutes is a standard practice to accurately identify the source of the problem.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
