    Hello @khurram virk,

    Good day to you!

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this issue to our attention. We understand the inconvenience this may be causing and are here to assist you.

Based on the error message you’ve shared regarding the Action Scheduler and the past-due actions, it seems there might be an issue with how scheduled actions are being processed on your site. Since you have mentioned that you have a cron job set up via cPanel hosting, it’s possible that the cron job might not be triggering the Action Scheduler as expected.

To help resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps:
    1. **Verify Cron Job Settings:** Ensure that the cron job set up in your cPanel is configured correctly to trigger the Action Scheduler. The cron job should ideally run at least once every 5 minutes.
    2. **Check Action Scheduler Logs:** Review the logs within the Action Scheduler to identify any specific errors or issues that could be causing the actions to become past-due.
    3. **Clear Past-Due Actions:** If there are actions that are stuck and past-due, you might need to manually run them or clear them to prevent them from blocking new actions.
    4. **Update Plugins and Themes:** Ensure that all your plugins, themes, and WordPress core are up to date. Sometimes compatibility issues can cause unexpected behavior with scheduled actions.

If you continue to experience difficulties or if the above steps do not resolve the issue, please contact to your hosting provider support because this issue is related to server-side.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience. We look forward to resolving this issue promptly.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
