    hello,
Following the advice I put below. Today I enabled the “static block cache”, the “Cache menu” and “Remove query strings from static resources” but some button background colors went back to the default ones as well as the background color of the top menu. so I deactivated them again and my customization is back.
    How come?

    Gianluca

……..Also, we recommend that you go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Block Cache, Remove Query Strings from Theme Static Resources and set them to Off. Enable these options later, when most of the changes on the site will be done.

    Hello, Gianluca,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Do you use a cache plugin? Before activation mentioned options, clear the cache using cache plugin installed on your site. Try to activate options one by one, not 3 together, or do not use them and use only settings of cache plugin on your site. From your description, it looks like a conflict between cache plugin settings and our cache options.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Good morning,

I use the 3w total cache plugin and the jetpack plugin that I installed to get payments with woocommerce paymenter
Now I follow the advice you gave me.
And I’ll tell you how it went.
    could there be conflicts?

When loading the site, did you notice any slowdowns in loading the products on the home page? I think it takes a long time to load “our products and “our offers”
    I think it’s not normal.
    What do you tell me?

    Hello, Gianluca,

    Thank you for your response.

Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We need to check your settings more deeply.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Waiting for your reply.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    HI,
As requested, I’ll gladly give you temporary administrator credentials.
Do you only need the administrator credentials or do I have to communicate the data for the ftp access as well?

    Hello, Gianluca,

    Thank you for your response.

We always strive to do our best to help all of our customers.

1/ Yes, the speed of your site is better now.

2/ WooCommerce > Status > Logs > we do not see errors from the w3 total cache plugin from today date.

3/ Some images do not appear, because of using 3rd-party plugin for image optimization. We’ve changed “Image Loading Type” in Theme Options > Speed Optimization from “Lazy” to “Default”.
All images are shown now, isn’t it?
If you want to use our Lazy option, you need to disable 3rd party plugin that conflicts with it, or change the settings of that plugin (to find out what exactly plugin, disable plugins one by one to find out after disabling of which one the problem disappears).

4/ The button is added by an additional plugin, so we are not responsible for it. Please contact support of the plugin first.
Also, provide FTP access, and we will check what can be done to help you.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

Yes, the speed of the site has now improved
Some images are still not visible. about this I sent a request to the plugin support.
You ask me for FTP access. what do you need it for?

    Greetings

    Hello, Gianluca,

    Thank you for your response.

“Some images are still not visible.” – could you provide screenshots and links to pages with this problem? Make sure that it can’t be solved just by clearing the cache. “about this I sent a request to the plugin support” – please let us know what exactly plugin causes the problem and let us know their answer, this information may be useful for some our customers in future.

We inquired about FTP access to determine if there is something we can do on our end to address your request (https://prnt.sc/1lOAk67Dfvgq). If you do not wish to provide access, you can disable the PayPal plugin or contact their support. However, if you require assistance from our side, please provide us with temporary FTP access so we can inspect the code and potentially make changes.

As we can see, you’ve changed the role of the user on the site, we can’t access your Dashboard anymore.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,

this below is the answer from the plugin’s support “Image Optimization by Optimole” :

    Hello @gsbarro ,

Thank you for choosing Optimole and reaching out to us.

I want to clarify that our image optimization process is performed in real-time as images are viewed on your website. This means that optimization is not done offline. Each image is optimized individually based on the browser being used to access your site. For example, we deliver images in WebP format for Chrome, while for other browsers, we deliver the best format available. This dynamic optimization occurs on the fly, ensuring that images are optimized specifically for each visitor.

Optimole works by downloading a copy of your images to our cloud, optimizing them, and then serving them from our image CDN to your site visitors. The entire optimization process takes place in real-time and does not affect your original images stored on your server. Therefore, any new images you upload will be optimized automatically after they are added to your server. The reason you currently see less optimized images is because they haven’t been accessed by visitors yet. If you wait or refresh the stats, you will observe that images are being optimized as visitors access them, including your own visits.

I hope this explanation clarifies the process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you for choosing Optimole. We are always here to assist you.

    Best regards,

    2) as per the attached photo, I would like to know which is the most suitable php?
    3) as shown in the attached photo, which configuration is suitable for the site?

    Hello, Gianluca,

“the photos load very slowly” – provide us with a video example to prevent misunderstanding, please.
“although it always takes so long to load the images..” –
do you mean lazy loading like on this screenshot https://prnt.sc/piHQ7vaNYHHp ? You should be able to disable this loading effect via the settings of elements while edit content using Elementor.
Also, with current access, we can’t check settings or plugins on your site, so it is difficult to provide recommendations.

Try to disable ALL 3rd party plugins (including cache/Optimization) and check images after that.

Provide us with wp-admin access with an admin role, so we can do some tests on your site, but do this only after providing the video of the problem.

    2/ PHP 8.0

    Greetings,
I finally solved the problem I had with uploading images.
I fixed it by reconfiguring the w3 total cache caching plugin
    As you can see too.

It will also have been the right configuration of the php that I put version 8.0 as recommended by you.

Thanks for the advice given so far
