Activation Failed - by isuro - on WordPress WooCommerce support

For some odd reason (wpbakery elements are not showing) I had to deactivate my theme. After the fresh installation While giving the key, it is saying “You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
Ping us along the way if you have any questions here.”. Please help me regarding this matter.

Please make sure that the same key is not being used by any other website which is live at the moment, Please also clear out your caches using cache plugins or any method you using and try with the key again.

If you still see the issue then please share the wp-admin details so I can debug it and help you fix it.

Thank you for your kind help. The theme is now activated, but the problem is still the same. I am able to modify the static blocks using wpbakery. I have followed your tutorial on youtube on how to do it. But the wpbakery options are not showing as they should. shared a screenshot. Please Help me reading this matter.

You need to enable WPBakery for static blocks – go to WPBakery Page Builder > Role manager https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/
