Activation is only one in a lifetime or one domain???

I activated my theme on local to start designing my site. It didn’t work well… so I have started another go… but now I can’t activate the Theme (or deactivate the previous one). And I haven’t even go live with this… Please advice.
A little dashboard to activate deactivate domains would be useful, thanks…

According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
