    Hello, I’ve been working in development and I’ve reached my activation limit. Could you please reset my activation or advise if there is a way to deactivate old developments? Thank you.

    I’m wondering the same thing. I wanted to switch domains. The original domain has been completed removed but now when I try to install it on the new domain is giving me the same error

    We don’t see any domain or registration information associated with your purchase code. Are you talking about purchase code that you used during registration or you have additional purchase code? Provide the code that we need to check in Private content area.
