Activation limit reached after reset please reset subscription

hi there i have this morning reset my site as it went horribly wrong ive tried to reinstall wordpress and my theme but it says ive reached the limit altho ive deactivated it can you please reset for me thank you

Thanks for using our theme. You can activate it now.
Please note that according to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.
