Theme install is success but website looks messy and lots of errors on main page
Hello,
Thanks for contacting us.
It looks like WPBakery plugin was not activated.
In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
If you need any further assistance, provide temporary wp-admin access.

Thank you… the Demo site is loading properly now.
Hi,
I have the following Quries
1. In “Mobile version” of the site, in individual item view, there is a huge blank space inbetween the product photo and the ‘Add to cart’ items. How to remove the blank space? >> Pls see the Private Content area for the link.
2. Do i need to download all the Plugin downloads form http://www.8theme.com downloads section and manually install the plugins? Coz many plugins are asking for Purchase Key after installing from Xstore setup wizard?
3. Also, Pls help to increase the Page load time.. its slow currently.
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
1) Download slick.min.js file from this page – https://dropmefiles.com/7FuTZ , reupload the file into wp-content/themes/xstore/js/libs/ folder, via FTP. Then clear cache and check.
2) You do not need all plugins that come bundled with the theme, read description of plugins and activate required. Every plugin slows down site a bit, so there is no need to activate plugins that you do not plan to use.
Plugins can be installed via XStore > Plugins Installer or manually using archives from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ Purchase Key is not required for plugins, read here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/

Hi,
Replacing slick.min.js didn’t fix the issue.. there is still a huge space between item pic and the add to cart buttons. Issue is only confined to Mobile site.
Hi,
I’ve checked your site. The issue is fixed. Please clear cache of your mobile browser and check one more time.
Regards
Ok its working now.
Thanks
You’re welcome!

Hi,
1. On the PC/Laptop version, On Main Page, Hovering over the categories is erroring out with JUNK. The drop down menu is showing all JUNK.
2. Apart from adding product from WooCommerce, is there any other way of adding
(a) single product and (b) Bulk import template?
Hi,
1) Activate the Massive Addons plugin.
2) I am not sure what you are looking for, please describe the request in more detail.

Thanks, Reinstalled the Massive addon plugin and it fixed.
2) This is a Multivendor marketplace theme, to make products upload to my site easy for vendor… is there a way for them to upload? how can they register as vendor?
Hello,
Check the documentation of the vendor plugin. If you mean WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace plugin – https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-marketplace-vendor-registration/ , read more https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase_category/wcfm-marketplace/ Check forum on the plugin – http://prntscr.com/10xvhqo https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wc-multivendor-marketplace/

Hello,
Thanks for the reply. You need to enable WPBakery for static blocks – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/
Regards
Hi,
I have followed the link you provide and configured the WPBakery as shown in article.
After that i have edited the Static blocks but the updated info is not reflecting on the main/front page, Instead it is still showing the demo content. This is happening with all static blocks. Purging cache also has no effect.
I have saved/updated the page.. nothing helps for the Static blocks.
Hello,
Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,
I see that you imported Elementor version, not the WPBakery then use Elementor to edit footer Static Blocks https://prnt.sc/114x4r6
Regards
Thank you!.. It is working with Elementor.
How Do i change it back to WPBakery?.. I tried disabling Elementor and enabling WPBakery plugin but it was not that clean as Elementor.
Hello,
It does not work in this way. You need to import WPBakery version from the beginning. You
can’t just switch from Elementor demo content to WPBakery. So, if you want WPBakery version you need to reset your WP installation and import WPBakery version.
