I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you as I recently purchased a license for a theme on your platform, but I am encountering difficulties in using it on my new website.
Indeed, I have removed the previously used license from another site and now I wish to transfer it to my new site. However, when attempting to activate the license on the new site, I receive a message stating that I have reached the license limit, even though I have not yet used the theme on this new site.
I would like to inquire if it is possible to resolve this issue so that I can use the purchased license on my new site. I understand that each license has its own limitations, but in this case, I have not utilized the theme on the new site yet, and I simply wish to transfer the existing license.
I greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and I am willing to provide any additional information required to facilitate the process. I am looking forward to being able to use the theme on my new site and benefit from its features.
