    we are having an issue with the ActiveCampaign Deep Data Plugin for Woocommerce and the XStore theme. https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/

    Attached is the error message we keep getting.

    2021-10-18T00:00:23+00:00 INFO [ActiveCampaign Debug] Checkbox actions cannot be run. checkbox_display_option and/or optin_checkbox_text are not defined or not available in your theme.
    Context: {
       "source": "activecampaign-for-woocommerce",
       "request_id": "ac_woocommerce_616cb91747ef25.53728299"
    }

    We contacted ActiveCampaign and they have asked:

    “I would suggest reaching out to xstore to verify if their theme allows checkbox actions and if they do, let us know so we can investigate why the plugin is producing that error”

    SO question does Xstore theme allow Checkbox actions?

    Hello,

    Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
    We don’t have any limits for the checkboxes. Could you, please, explain in more detail when do you get this error? Maybe provide video for better understanding.

    Regards

    Hello,

    If you want to have the checkbox on the checkout page then you need to enable that.
    Don’t you have a checkbox there once you enable option?
    Message that you have in the logs is just Info message, it’s not the error or warning message.

    Regards
