Actualize - by Supermark - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi I need urgent help, because my classico does not want to actualize anymore – It does not want to accept my FTP and things

    Gibts hier jemanden der mich via email in deutsch Supporten kann?
    Mein classico is total im Arsch und ich habe keine Ahnung wie ich das wieder aktualisieren kann weil es sich nicht einwühlt!

    well classico won’t actualize at all!
    it denies my FTP key and password – does not go into it – although one can go into the ftp of my host server
    I did not change it – so it started to deny it itself!

    Do you mean you can’t install Classico theme?
    Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.

    Hello,

    As I see you’re using old theme and old plugins versions.
    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    but that is exactly the problem it just stopped updating and denied to dial into ftp!!!!!
    we are at the beginning again – I always updated but that is exactly what it did not want to do!
    thats why I gave you all the passwords!

    I’ve updated the plugins and the theme.
    Please check your site.
    Also disable CloudFlare and check FTP connection from your side.

    Hi Eva – thank you for updating my website – but right now, it seems not ready yet?
    when I try to update the rest – wordpress will not dial into my server, it still denies to go into –
    so – could you please update the rest? and then I have to talk to my server…

    Hello,

    I asked you in the previous post to disable CloudFlare.
    Please do this and update WordPress after that.
