    Good morning
I have tried to add additional tabs to the individual product page, however it does not let me add more than 1 additional tab, I need 4 additional tabs for my products, and differentiated by category or at least by individual product “how to measure, how to install, frequently asked questions, important observations, technical sheet, the products that I have in the online store are separated by categories and each category has tabs with different content per differentiated category, and I was using the “Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce” plugin but since it is unsupported for 7 months, I must replace it. I see that in the individual product builder edition you can add tabs, however I have tried to add those 4 additional ones and they do not appear on the individual product page, help please, thank you

    Please, contact administrator

    Dear @Ricardo,

I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed an issue regarding the configuration of tabs on your web-site. It appears that multiple tabs have been assigned the same ID, which has resulted in the duplication of content across these tabs. You can view the issue here: https://prnt.sc/JQiow6GoPQL-.

To enhance the functionality and appearance of your tabs, we recommend either creating different custom tabs with unique titles, as demonstrated here: https://prnt.sc/Sy8NqgSzvu_a, or utilizing the Dynamic Tags functionality to make the titles dynamic. This approach allows each custom tab to display unique content, potentially using a unique shortcode or a static block tailored to specific needs.

Could you please let us know if this solution meets your requirements? If you require further assistance, please, provide us with more detailed information or additional screenshots. This will help us understand your needs better and assist you accordingly.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your feedback and are here to assist you with any further inquiries.

    Best Regards,

Hello, what I need to do is have each product subcategory have specific content in each tab, for example the “rollers screen” subcategory would have 2 additional tabs (“SB1” and “SB2”) within each tab would have information such as video, pdfs, text, images. This information would vary depending on each subcategory, the content of each tab would be different if it is a product from another category, for example for “rollers blackout” the content of those tabs would be different for “rollers duo” and it would also be different for products in the “tulle curtains” category. What I have seen that can be done is that these tabs have global content for absolutely all the products in the ecommerce, however I cannot discover or configure the static blocks to show or insert the content of the specific tabs for their corresponding specific subcategories. This change that I want to make is because the custom tabs woocomerce plugin has been out of support for 7 months and it is a security risk for my ecommerce. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me understand the best way to implement it.

    Dear @Ricardo,

We hope this message finds you well. After reviewing your requirements, we believe that the optimal solution for your scenario would be to utilize multiple Single Product Builder layouts, each tailored with specific tabs designated for different product category conditions. For a visual representation of this setup, please refer to this link: https://prnt.sc/LgTQ4esxn231.

We suggest that you export/import the basic Single Product layout template and replicate it across other layouts. However, ensure that the tabs remain unique in each layout by assigning them to specific conditions. This approach should effectively meet the display requirements of your website.
