may I know how to add a pop-up newsletter subscription at the main page?

Hello,

Create a static block with the desired content (enable WPBakery for static blocks – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/ ) , then add the Newsletter element into header content via Theme Options > Header Builder. If you want to show the Newsletter on Home page only, go to Header Builder > Multiple headers > add new custom header and set it for the front page only.

thanks for your reply. I am not sure how to create a static block with newsletter. is there any instruction? many thanks

Hello,

Have you enabled WPBakery for static blocks? Have you added a new static block with any content there?
Activate MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress plugin and read this article https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/mail-chimp-form-custom-styles/
