Add a prior agreement condition for executing an order

Hi,
We are obliged to add a legal notice when ordering. The site sells medical products and we need to ensure that the person ordering has a medical prescription (see below the translation of the text we added in step 1 in the attached screenshot ).
For this, the checkbox is mandatory to move on to the next step (as for acceptance of General Conditions of Sale or GDPR / Cookies consent.)
Is it possible to add this condition in the “Billing Details”?
Text Translation : “I certify that I am in possession of a medical prescription issued by a doctor duly authorized for this purpose, valid on the day of purchase.”
