Add a video to the site what is the best way?

Hello, we have 2 questions about the video:

1. We want to make the video block horizontal, about like in the screenshot, how to add it correctly? Is it possible to upload it to the site and display it through some widget? We don’t want to upload to third party services, so as not to load the site heavily

2. Is it possible to put a video on the product instead of a photo?

2/ “Video instead of featured image” you can find in Theme Options.

Can I tell you more about how to do this? Is it possible for a video to be shown instead of a photo, right? I put in the product, just a white screen. Video instead of featured image included

Provide URL of the product where you set the mentioned settings already.
