Hello, @Incanda,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
To display the Category Descriptions, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to **XStore Builders** > **Product Archive Builder**.
2. Either edit an existing template or create a new one.
3. Add the **Archive Description Widget** to the template.
4. Save and update the changes.
Please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/
For your convenience, we have recorded a video tutorial to guide you through the process. You can find the video link in the private content area.
We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hi
Thanks for the video and explanation. I have done exactly as per your video, but it is not displaying anything.
Hello, @Incanda,
Thank you for your response.
Could you kindly provide us with your website’s WordPress admin access in the private content area? This will allow us to review your settings in detail and assist you more effectively.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,

Hi
See private area.
Thank you!
Hello, Incanda,
Thank you for your response.
1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
2/ Furthermore, If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
3/ Please always use a one-page builder at same time to avoid any inconvenience (Elementor)
Let us know the results.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
