Add Change languages and change them color

I want to make 2 languages on the site
English – R2L
Arabic- L2R
how to active ti?
Also, I want to change the color of them from Orange to Sky Blue?
Add 2 currency on the site

To create the multilanguage site you need additional plugins https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ Some of the multilingual plugins come with the multicurrency feature, for example, WPML plugin. Or look for another third-party plugin to implement that.
