Add extra product option field problem in cart and checkout page

I’m trying to add extra product field options, but none of them appear in the cart or checkout page. I have tried the following plugins:

* Extra Product Options for WooCommerce
* YayExtra Lite – WooCommerce Extra Product Options
* Product Options for WooCommerce

Unfortunately, none of them seem to work with the XStore theme. Could you recommend a plugin that is compatible, or suggest how I can fix this issue?

Could you kindly clarify the configuration of the plugins you attempted to implement on the Checkout page built using our theme? Please note that certain plugins may not function correctly if the pages are created with builders that utilize a custom content structure.

If you wish to configure the content of such pages with custom fields, we recommend using the default WooCommerce shortcodes, which can be found in the WooCommerce documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/page-shortcodes/. These shortcodes can be used in place of our Elementor widgets, such as the Cart Page and Checkout Page widgets provided by our theme on those pages.

Additionally, some plugins rely on specific hooks for customization. By using the WooCommerce shortcodes, these plugins should function as intended.

If you encounter any issues or require further assistance, please provide us with detailed instructions regarding the settings you wish to configure in the plugins. Kindly also share the FTP credentials for your server so that we can assist you more effectively.
