Should you desire to incorporate a distinct footer for your cart and checkout pages, inclusive of terms and conditions, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to XStore.
2. Proceed to Theme Options.
3. Select Woocommerce.
4. Choose Cart/Checkout Layout.
5. Opt for the Advanced Layout option.
6. Activate the Turn ON feature.
7. Scroll down to the FOOTER settings.
8. Utilize the static block that you wish to display and publish it.
