Add Mega menu doesnt work when clicking element

Hi Somehow when i click ”add mega menu” nothing happens. Any idea why this happens? https://gyazo.com/1e04d4a56c1bd96a8602a0d12f81938e

hover a text and see another image. How to achieve this?

1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore
(https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing compatibility issues with our theme.

Also, try to downgrade the PHP version to 8.1.

2/ There is no such option, unfortunately.
We encourage you to submit your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ . Should your suggestion garner sufficient support from other customers, our development team will take it into consideration for inclusion in future updates.
