    Hi

    You can edit your page or static element by going to Dashboard > Pages > Edit and then click on pencil icon of that Visual Composer Element. If you still facing issue send us your website temporary wp admin access.

    Hello,

    You provided link to the WPBakery demo but you installed the Elementor demo. Elementor demo https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/plumbing/ does not have such element and row with tooltips, unfortunately.
