Add product image problem - by davor23 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

When im adding new product or editing one plublished, when i click Add product image i see “blank picture” without links, etc. in the right pane. Image: https://ibb.co/gV6QS1J ; if i add new one with drag and drop and choose it nothing happens on product in right pane. I medi library (menu Media – Library i cant see this “blank image”). Today we update wp to 5.6 and xstore to latest version .

I also see some of the images goes in older folders on file system (example: 2016/7 all images from today and from 10.12.2020 – we upload images daily – other days are in right folders).

What to do? Hosting?

Hello,

Update XStore Core plugin to 3.2.2.1 version – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ Clear cache and check how it works then. Let us know the result.
