I design a new Landing page and add many products that I selected

when add them they add acc to its ID not the manual selection I do

How could I do it

and I need to add a label “out of stock” to the product on home page and any page

1/ About sorting, there is an issue from the Elementor side when IDs were entered, and we already contacted them https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/13078 but there is no perfect solution yet.
