On the mobile version (https://gyazo.com/96d6b266d70d349678636b61b90b5875) : I would like to add the subtotal for each product line.
How can I do that?

Hello,

There is no such option in WooCommerce plugin settings by default. Contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ and ask if they have any suggestion for this.
