hello!

Recently upgraded Blanco to Version 3.3.
My “Add to Cart/Basket” button has disappeared.
(It reappears when i open it product from My Wislist page)

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Jack

I have 2 different laptops. The ADD TO CART button is clearly visible on the “smaller” tablet-sized one, but NOT on the larger pc-sized one.

Having checked the larger one is showing up (x3)JS errors. Could be a plug-in conflict? I have tried disabling all plug-ins, but still no button. I’ve disabled the custom.css file but no change either.

Any ideas?

Hi Jack

The ADD TO CART button is now visible AGAIN !!! I’ve done nothing but it has reappeared.

Unfortunately the product ZOOM is now not working as it should. (it’s opening in a separate “pretty-pics” box) ALSO the right-hand widgets have been pushed down the page, laving too much white-space.

Hello

Please try to disable all 3-d party plugins one by one and check the issue it seems that one of them is causing the issue.

All plugins (excpt WC) deacvtivated.
Page layout back to normal, but ADD TO CART button disappeared again.

I’ll reactivate plugins 1 by 1 to see which might be causing problem.

hi Brian

ok I’v isolated PLUGIN which i think is causing the problem. the ironically named “smart variations”
Check out a demo at: http://www.rosendo.pt/en/product/demo-smart-variations-images/

when i deactivate this plugin the screen layout goes back to normal (no big gaps, zoom workin ok) BUT the ADD TO CART button disappears!

if i activate this plugin, then layout goes wrong again but ADD TO CART button is back.
