In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

If it is not the fault of plugins, please provide FTP access, we will check the problem more deeply.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

I installed notificationx plugin then that plugin is working perfectly. I don’t know why xstore theme sale notification feature is now working.
I don’t want to use many plugins. I deactivated all cache plugins. All the plugins which was recommend by xstore theme is only installed.
Please tell me the solution through which i activate sale notification popup feature of xstore theme.

Please visit this website gallery images and sticky and other content is scrollable. Can we have same feature in store theme. If yes then tell me how to do.

3. Does xstore theme has gift wrapping at checkout page.
