Add to cart breaking with ninja forms - by Kat Jones

Hi,

When you add a product to the cart the pop up box just hangs with the loading animation. It does not redirect the the checkout or say that the product has been added via the pop-up.

I’m currently running Ninja Forms plugin for woocommerce and I think this may be causing a problem.
Have you had anybody else with the same problem? Or any idea what might be causing the add to cart function to hang?

Just to update on this.

I have tested the ninja forms plugin with the default wordpress 2015 theme and it works.

So there is a compatibility issue with the woopress theme.

Do you have extra functionality running with your theme checkout that may be causing the issue?
Is there anything I can deactivate and test?

That’s because I’ve disabled the ninja forms plugin that was causing the issue.

The plugin is not compatible with your theme.

Hello,

Please take our apologies but we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme. We can’t test all plugins as you know there is huge amount of them.
