you have a great theme and support! 🙂
Hello @Tal,
Thank you for providing a detailed video of your issue.
We have checked your site and it appears to be working properly. However, the issue only occurs after multiple attempts. This is likely due to the server cache CDN that is activated on your site, as shown in the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/QHswhRx1. We suggest that you contact your hosting provider to flush the server cache and disable the CDN while you are in the development process.
Additionally, we recommend that you update the Theme and Core plugin on your site to the latest version, as you are currently using an older version. Then, please deactivate all third-party plugins on your site and clear the browser cache. We hope this will resolve your issue. If not, please take a complete backup of your site and share the site FTP Login details in the private content area of this topic so that we can further investigate.
Best Regards,

Hello @Tal,
Thank you for your response.

hey.
no.. its still the same bug
Hello @Tal,
Thank you for your response.
Strangely, we can’t see the problem still.
We wanted to add a code to child theme to test something, but the child theme is not activated on your site.
You are using a parent theme. Do you have plans to use a child theme?
Please note that the child theme does not inherit the theme options of the parent theme, if you enable the child theme, you need to import options from the parent theme.
Go to Theme Options (when the parent theme is activated) > Import/Export > download the export file. After that activate the child theme > go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import your options and reload the page without saving! Save options only after reloading. Check your site after that, and use the child theme.

Hello @Tal,
https://prnt.sc/Bdafd8p4Hx4p – you need to contact your hosting provider and ask to fix the problem, because this is independent of our theme.

8theme team

now when i move to the parent main theme all bugged and design broke to…
Hello @Tal,
We checked and found that someone’s modified your htaccess file yesterday → https://prnt.sc/5RAFW-baqNyR that possible created redirects for customers to the page with error.
But after deeper check we found that you had activated Maintanance mode in XStore Control Panel → https://prnt.sc/mCJ5Y2XKwZEQ
For now, we disabled it and now your web-site functioning properly.

Hello @Tal,
1/ Good news!
We finally recreated the issue after adding/deleting more than 30 different products to the cart. On the “bug“ single product we notice that there does not load our styles but only critical CSS from WP Rocket → https://prnt.sc/Cqr9bZqZJAsP
Normal single product page styles → https://prnt.sc/j_96fG7oVU1b
”Issued” single product page styles → https://prnt.sc/3eDiLIHBsQgV (no main xstore-rtl.min.css)
We had to disable this option → https://prnt.sc/0cLX33zOj6NV to check if the problem still exists. We checked then again and didn’t face any issues anymore. So, you can check now from your side.
P.S. In case you need to have that option active you should add a list of files that should be included on each page anyway. Here is the critical files list we can recommend:
wp-content/plugins/advanced-product-labels-for-woocommerce
wp-content/themes/xstore/xstore-rtl.min.css
wp-content/themes/xstore/css/modules/woocommerce/global-rtl.min.css
wp-content/themes/xstore/css/modules/woocommerce/single-product/single-product-elements-rtl.min.css
In case you decide to make that option active and add the list of recommended files you need to check the pages again. In case you find something strange again, you have to add some more files to the list to prevent them from exclusions for critical CSS.
2/ About this question “+ at homepage header not working“ – the header works fine now https://gyazo.com/e14e2f193c94ed64ab07d1819aee9c19 https://gyazo.com/bb1ba87fd4ff63575f784ea589fe59ac
