Add to Cart button doesn't display on variations

I updated a webshop to the new WooCommerce 2.2.2 and Blanco 2.9.3. Now after the update the ‘add to cart’ button on variations does not display anymore.

I tried different solutions (disabling child template and plugins etc.) but nothing works so far.
Any clues?

Updating to WordPress 4.0 helps. So Blanco 2.9.3 and WooCommerce 2.2.2 on WordPress 3.9.2 does not work here.
