Add to cart button not work – second time problem

Hi,
I have a problem, because it happened to me twice on Sunday evening that the “add to cart” button suddenly stops working for no reason. Re-updating wordpress helps with this problem. Sometimes it helps for a while, and sometimes it solves the problem. This is very annoying and I don’t know why this is happening. Everything on my website is updated to the latest versions. Please advice what can I do about it.

Hello Piotr,

We have conducted a review of your website and the “add to cart” button is functioning correctly for us. As you mentioned in your description, it appears to be an issue that occurs intermittently. This could be due to caching or a server-side issue.

We recommend that you flush any server cache and disable any site cache plugins. Additionally, we suggest that you contact your hosting provider to investigate any potential server-side issues.

Alternatively: We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
