Add to Cart button not working - by Roobinda

    Hi there. I have a customer who is having trouble adding products to the cart. If he uses the ATC button on the shop page (with the progress bar and tick) it works fine. However, the ATC button on product pages ( with the pop-up rectangle & ‘continue shopping’ etc.) simply shows the loader circle forever.

    He is using PC and the problem persists with both Firefox and IE.

    Hello,

    Do you use latest theme version? What version of WC do you use? Have you tried to disable all 3rd-party plugins?
    Please provide me link to single product page where the problem can be found and temporary wp-admin access.

    Woocommerce is up to date.

    Theme also up to date.

    He just told me that the problem persists on his android phone as well!?

    Do you think it could be some sort of bug with his account? Seems odd that three different browsers across two devices have the same problem…

    It seems to be working fine everywhere else!

    ALSO, this customer is getting a 403 error when they log out.

    I have had other customers tell me this too, although i cannot replicate the problem…

    I do not see add to cart button http://prntscr.com/k1l0hn What page should I visit to be able to see the problem?

    You need to be logged in to purchase items – see private content.

    I haven’t been able to replicate the problem on any device or browser!

    Hello,

    I have checked the adding to cart in different browsers but the problem was not replicated.
    It is can be that your user uses very old browser version?

    Well it seems he has managed to place an order now!!

    Just strange that he had the same problem on 3 different devices/browsers!
