I am having trouble adding items to my cart as the “Add to Cart” button malfunctions due to an infinite loading problem.

I am having trouble adding products as they do not seem to be registering. To assist you in understanding the issue, I have attached a relevant photo for your reference.

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

After uninstalling the LiteSpeed cache plugin, my website is functional, but I require assistance in installing a new cache plugin.

You may use one of cache plugins mentioned here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

Or contact the support of LiteSpeed cache plugin and ask to find the problem from their side, maybe you just need to disable 1 option in plugin settings to correct work Adding to cart.
