1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ -After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

2/ If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

We kindly recommend reviewing the customizations made to your child theme with your website developer and requesting their assistance in resolving the issue.

2. Additionally, we have checked the single product layout using Elementor under **XStore Builders > Single Product Builder** and noticed that you are using a custom “Add to Cart” widget.

To ensure optimal functionality and avoid any potential issues, we recommend using the **XStore “Add to Cart/Buy Now” button widget** instead.

We have reactivated the XStore child theme on your website, as previously done. However, we have noticed that the “Add to Cart” button is not functioning due to additional code customizations made within the child theme. As mentioned in our previous message, this customization is the cause of the issue.

Please note that custom code modifications within the child theme fall outside the scope of our basic support. We kindly recommend reaching out to your website developer to address and resolve this matter.

For confirmation, we have tested the XStore parent theme, and the “Add to Cart” button functions correctly when it is activated.

}

It removes the add to cart button.
