Hey,
I have just updated to the latest version of woopress, but my add to cart buttons appear to have disappeared on product pages with custom options (for example: http://www.minifigureme.co.uk/product/personalised-lego-minifigure/ or http://www.minifigureme.co.uk/product/lego-minifigure-display-frame-large-white/)
These pages worked before that once options have been selected, the add to cart button would appear. But this no longer occurs.
I have also noticed that the gallery for the product images is no longer dynamic, it instead just lists all of the images one after the other.
When upgrading the theme, I exported and imported the settings, which mostly seems to have carried across fine except for this issue.
I have tried toggling the Ajax “Add To Cart” option in the theme settings but on or off, it doesn’t seem to work.
Please help 🙂
Hello,
Try to delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and reupload it from a new theme package that you downloaded.
If the issue still persists provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in private content.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello Eva,
Thanks for getting back to me so fast, I have tried re-installing the theme both through FTP and Control Panel methods but either fixed the problem. In fact, it has caused all of the page content to disappear. I will send through login details through the private message.
Thanks for your help in advance.
Stephen 🙂

Thank you.

No problem

“Internal Server Error” is related to server configuration. You have to contact your hosting provider to investigate this issue.
Thank you.
