Add to cart hook is not working with current theme

Hi,

I just buy this theme and using on my client website fullonfloors.co.uk, I am facing one issue i buy 1 plugin for woocommerce price calculator but it’s not working on the current theme i check it with plugin support as well they are saying it’s working fine on default storefront but not working with the current theme i am sharing the details with you.

Meanwhile i am sharing with you temporary website login password and sharing FTP details well but kindly it’s a humble request resolve it on priority basis i have a lot of pressure from client side.

I just share the credentials in private content area for your support staff only.

We debugged your reported issue and found that the WooCommerce cart hook not working properly on your site may be due to cart page customization or due to theme.

Because when we change the theme to the storefront plugin working as expected.

We further debug the issue and noticed that add_filter(‘woocommerce_add_cart_item_data’) not working on your site when your theme is activated and works fine when the storefront theme is activated.

So please contact your theme support team and asked them which hook they are using instead of add_filter(‘woocommerce_add_cart_item_data’) or add this hook in the theme accordingly

We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

1/ Try to disable Single Product Builder via Theme Options and check if the plugin works as you expected.

2/ Try to disable Ajax add to cart via Theme options and do one more test.

3/ Let us know the results, and provide FTP access (you mentioned them, but did not provide them).

i have done the first testing try to do it via disable single product builder but no vain nothing is working actually price is working on frontend like https://fullonfloors.co.uk/product/carpets/actionback-carpets/aurora/

if you see this product i just enable the woocommerce price calculator on this product only

but when i am clicking on add to cart it’s not giving me detailed on cart like total area length and width and price accordingly.
