I just buy this theme and using on my client website fullonfloors.co.uk, I am facing one issue i buy 1 plugin for woocommerce price calculator but it’s not working on the current theme i check it with plugin support as well they are saying it’s working fine on default storefront but not working with the current theme i am sharing the details with you.
Meanwhile i am sharing with you temporary website login password and sharing FTP details well but kindly it’s a humble request resolve it on priority basis i have a lot of pressure from client side.
I just share the credentials in private content area for your support staff only.

We debugged your reported issue and found that the WooCommerce cart hook not working properly on your site may be due to cart page customization or due to theme.
Because when we change the theme to the storefront plugin working as expected.
We further debug the issue and noticed that add_filter(‘woocommerce_add_cart_item_data’) not working on your site when your theme is activated and works fine when the storefront theme is activated.
So please contact your theme support team and asked them which hook they are using instead of add_filter(‘woocommerce_add_cart_item_data’) or add this hook in the theme accordingly
