Hello, @Zamgra_Legacy,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We would like to inform you that the behavior you are experiencing is the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin for variable products. Specifically, the “Select Options” button will appear on the shop or archive page when a product is of the variable type.
Please read this article – https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
We hope this helps. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Hello, @Zamgra_Legacy,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. We understand the importance of having thumbnails appear correctly when links are shared through WhatsApp, as it enhances the visibility and engagement of your content.
1/ We kindly request that you utilize an SEO plugin to incorporate the required Open Graph (OG) image and OG description to your website’s pages, posts, and products. Home page – https://prnt.sc/IjtkVxN7Lm87
Please remember to clear the Facebook cache for any products or pages that have been previously shared. You can do so by using the following tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/
We trust that you will find this guidance beneficial.
2/ Currently, the issue you are experiencing might be related to the Open Graph tags on your website, which are used by WhatsApp to generate link previews, including thumbnails. To address this, we recommend ensuring that your website’s Open Graph tags are properly configured.
While we do not have a specific plugin dedicated solely to generating thumbnails for WhatsApp, there are several SEO and social sharing plugins available that can help set up these tags correctly. Plugins like Yoast SEO, All in One SEO, and others include features to manage these settings.
Additionally, the documentation of the mentioned plugins can be a tutorial to guide you.
We trust that the information provided will be of significant assistance to you.
Please always create a new topic for a new issue on our support forum to avoid any inconvenience and get prompt assistance.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
