Hello, the add to cart widget is not available in the bottom of the single product page builder https://prnt.sc/GljxZxGYzMJe
Hello, Brndvnrdn,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Please make sure that Catalog mode is disabled via Theme options.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Catalog mode is off. Running wp locally so cannot provide temporary access at the moment.
What other settings would cause this ? Already cleared cache, cookies and tried other browser.
Hello, Brndvnrdn,
Thank you for your response.
Could you export files of settings for us? Go to Theme Options > Import/Export > Export. Upload the file on https://wetransfer.com/ and provide us with the URL. We will import your settings on our test site and check.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Sure thing, here are the settings: https://we.tl/t-PGpyjnvV5z
Hello, Brndvnrdn,
Thank you for your response.
Please try to import the next options on your site – https://we.tl/t-uILsCQeRsT

Okay, that changed something and something’s showing up now.
However I cant seem to edit the location of the add to cart button or anything else. Whenever I do try to edit it nothing happens and I have to reload the website.
Also there is a vertical header which is enabling itself everytime after refreshing, even after I turn it off.
Hello, Brndvnrdn,
Header Builder > Header Vertical > disable it > then Publish.
In this case, please do the next:
– import on site your file with settings https://we.tl/t-PGpyjnvV5z
then follow steps from the Private Content area.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Great ! Very detailed steps but it works now. Many thanks.
When importing the previous settings file I saw a sticky bottom bar/menu with the add to cart button and quantity. I really liked that, can I enable that in the theme to check out ? Thanks.
Hello, @brndvnrdn,
If you would like to enable or disable the sticky add to cart feature on the single product page, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single product builder > Add to cart & Quantity > Sticky Cart and toggle it ON. Once you have done this, please remember to publish the changes.

Many thanks. I got it to show up once but it’s not appearing again at the bottom despite me toggling it on and off/refreshing, publishing, clearing cache, etc.
Could you help me ?
Hello, @brndvnrdn,
Your site on local, so we can’t check the problem more deeply (the sticky cart works fine on our test site with your settings imported).
Please contact us once your site will be live, so we can check and help you.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Okay, I will fix it later.
How can I disable the zoom on hover in the product gallery? In the single product page builder?
Also, my sale color is not updating when edited in the menu.
It is being controlled by :
.cart ins .amount, .price ins .amount, .product-price ins .amount {
color: #aa004f !important;
}
When I disable this css in the inspector it’s correctly updating the color. How can I change this?
Hello, @brndvnrdn,
Thank you for your response.
“How can I disable the zoom on hover in the product gallery? In the single product page builder?” – Single Product Builder > Gallery > Zoom can be disabled https://prnt.sc/QtHtY3zgQMwy
In this case, you can remove the mentioned custom CSS code – https://prnt.sc/XE2PvlbGPCl0
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Okay, thanks, that worked.
When opening the lightbox there seem to be double closing x and double navigation arrows. How can I disable one of the two navigational arrows and closing x ?
Hello, @brndvnrdn,
One lightbox is ours, the second from Elementor, you can disable one of them:
– Single Product builder > Gallery > Lightbox > Off;
– edit any page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disable.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Thanks.
Do you have CSS code to make the shop page have the products in 1 column only on mobile ? Right now the smallest amount of columns I can choose is 2.
I would like it to look like this: https://wpzone.co/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/WooCommerce-Products-in-One-Column-on-Mobile-Devices-Divi-Shop-module-CSS-added-.jpg
Hello, @brndvnrdn,

I am trying to make a background video stretch to height but am having trouble finding a suitable solution. Basically I want there to be no black space visible for different window sizes. Right now it stretches to full width, it’s also set to full height but it’s not stretching the video appropiately.
Do you have a solution ? thanks
Hello, @brndvnrdn,
Please try to use the next custom CSS code:
iframe.elementor-background-video-embed {
max-width: unset !important;
}
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Works great, amazing!
Hello, @brndvnrdn,
You’re welcome!

On desktop/tablet it works very well, but on mobile size the section becomes very small. Anyway to fix that ?
Hello, @brndvnrdn,
Please check the height of the section, for example – https://prnt.sc/7XuHg7UOBqt8

Kind Regards,

Yep, that fixed it.
Regarding the Single Product Builder, I currently have the Gallery Type selected as shown. Is it possible to have the the other gallery pictures shown left and right of the main picture? (So like it is showing in the Gallery Type preview thumbnail)?
And it is possible to limit the height of the gallery in a way ? It’s taking up a lot of space since it’s full width, especially on desktop.
Hello, @brndvnrdn,
1/ Unfortunately, this feature is not available at the moment. The thumbnail was designed to only show that there is a functioning gallery.
2/ Please try the next settings – https://prnt.sc/qzzXvq5aZ3TJ
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Thanks, that solution is working. I can also use the lightbox again now because I’m using a different gallery variation.
Regarding the earlier question I asked about the lightbox and the double navigational controls appearing, I turned the lightbox off in Elementor but they’re still appearing somehow. Any other way to turn them off ?
Hello, @brndvnrdn,
Please try to use the next custom CSS code:
.single-product .pswp__button--arrow--left,
.single-product .pswp__button--arrow--right {
display: none;
}
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Thanks for your help. But now both arrows are gone (I would just like one pair gone), and the double x to close remains.
