Add to cart not showing even tho its turned ON from settings.

As the title says,

We spoke with our web developer to implement payment gateway and shopping available on our website, he said we should contact you since they have done everything and the add to cart/ log in is not showing.

What can we do?

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Catalog Mode > Just Catalog > Off

Hello,

Thank you, I am able to see “add to cart” and “Buy now” but when I click on them it takes me back to main menu, is that a problem from me or the developer?

Make sure that default WooCommerce pages (Shop, My account, Cart, Checkout) were installed – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/

Hello,

I have checked from my cpanel and these were missing;

Cart – Contains [woocommerce_cart] shortcode and shows the cart contents
Checkout – Contains [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode and shows information such as shipping and payment options
My Account – Contains [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode and shows each customer information related to their account, orders, etc.

Im not able to reinstall those pages, what can I do?

Hello,

Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Create default WooCommerce pages click on Create pages

I have one last question;

How can I let the customer purchase a product without having to create an account?
They can fill out their information on checkout and not have to create and log in an account first.

Also the new changes that I have applied are not appearing when I check the website on a different browser or mobile, why is that?

Hello,

1/ We did not test such plugins officially with our theme, so can’t give you a solid recommendation.
2/ You need to clear cache of browser on your device, for example – https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
