Please help! When clicking add to cart on the product catalog the item lands in the cart perfectly (http://buonaterra.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Screen-Shot-2017-08-21-at-4.50.43-PM.png)but when we are on a product page we get a pop up that says ‘successfully added to cart, do you want to continue shopping or go to checkout” but the item never gets added to the cart (http://buonaterra.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Screen-Shot-2017-08-21-at-4.51.22-PM.png). We are having this issue on single and variable products, as well as when we have ‘automatically bring customer to checkout after adding product to cart’ selected or not selected.

Please try to disable all 3rd-party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check.

We did this, we turned off EVERY plugin individually and checked starting with 3rd party, and then the included plugins with this theme, and we had no change. The only plugin left on was woocommerce.
We turned off ajax add to cart on single product pages in the theme options and the issue was resolved. the ajax functionality was nice, it would be great if you could get it working!

We do not have such problem on our test site. Did you make any changes in template files?

No we did not make any changes at all, we just installed and got going. We just changed dns so I included the new site url.
